Falling for Autumn: The Season of Second Chances

There's something about autumn that always feels like a second chance. Maybe it's the crisp air that whispers of change, or the golden light that makes everything shimmer with possibility. As the leaves turn, I'm reminded that transformation can be beautiful and that love often blooms in unexpected places and unexpected ways.
This time of year always inspires my writing. My characters tend to find themselves standing at crossroads, much like we do in real life, torn between holding on and letting go. The rustle of leaves, the scent of cinnamon tea, the warm glow of candles, and the comfort of a soft blanket all weave their way into the stories I tell.
Whether you're sipping tea, hot chocolate or apple cider by candlelight or taking a quiet bike ride or walk through the falling leaves, I hope you find a little magic in this in-between season!
What's your favorite part of fall: changing leaves, crisp air, pumpkin everything or something else? Let me know!
